Encompassing over 1,700 acres of rolling hills within the picturesque Texas Hill Country, Esperanza stands as a luxury residential community thoughtfully designed to embrace and showcase the rich historical beauty of Boerne, Texas. The masterplan includes an 11-acre resort-style pool area, 20 miles of scenic trails, a multi-sport complex, and picnic spots, all artfully integrated to harmonize seamlessly with the natural landscape, incorporating native plantings and embracing the unique topography of the hill country.
