Coral Studio designed the masterplan and planting plan for KOA Fredericksburg, a planned 80-acre campground in the heart of Texas Wine Country. The new vacation destination will include 250 RV units, deluxe cabins, and tent sites as well as luxury amenities such as a multi-use sports complex, concert venue, ziplines, and resort-style pools. From a gem mining exploration garden for younger guests to a dog park for furry friends, the new glamping resort aims to provide outdoor entertainment for all. The first phases of the project are aimed to be completed in 2024.
