Reynolds Residence Fort Collins, CO
With the goal of screening the yard view from the owner’s warehouse and storage buildings behind the live/work home, Coral Studio incorporated lush greenery and landscape berms to serve as a living privacy buffer. The circular, multi-use lawn creates an open space for entertainment and gatherings, while also acting as a leach field for the property’s septic system. The home’s 2,000 square foot outdoor deck was programmed with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and fire pits, swim tub, shade sails, and wood trellis shade structure for hosting friends and family. The design includes two gateway arbors that open up to connecting parts of the property and add to the yard’s serene ambiance.
